Emergency General Assembly Meeting
The Good Earth Cooperative Association is pleased to inform its esteemed members of an emergency General Assembly meeting to be held on Friday, 2024/05/31 at 12:30 PM at the Society's headquarters in the Taim West, Madaba.
Meeting Objectives:
To discuss and approve the proposed amendments to the Association's internal regulations, which include:
Increasing the number of shares to fifteen hundred (1500) shares (Article 7).
Setting the minimum number of members of the Board of Directors to three (3) members (Article 13).
Production kitchen point (d) Article 4.
Background:
These amendments come in response to a request from the Madaba Cooperative Directorate, and we hope that all esteemed members will attend and participate effectively in this important meeting.

Important Announcement: Annual General Meeting of Good Earth Cooperative Association.
Agenda:
Recitation of the names of attendees and declaration of legal quorum.
Recitation of the minutes of the previous General Assembly meeting.
Review, discussion, and approval of the Board of Directors' report for the year 2023, click here.
Review, discussion, and approval of the financial report for the year 2023 and the auditor's report, click here.
Review, discussion, and approval of the Supervisory Committee's report for the year 2023, click here.
Renewal of the contract with the Association's auditor for the year 2024, Mithaq Company.
Any other matters raised by members to the Board of Directors.
The Management Committee of Good Earth Cooperative Association announces its decision to hold the General Assembly meeting, as part of the ongoing interaction with the Association's members and in pursuit of their common goals. This decision was taken during the meeting held on May 4, 2024.
We are pleased to invite you to attend the General Assembly meeting, which will be held on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at the Society's headquarters located in Madaba/Taim West.
This meeting is an important opportunity for all members of the Association to participate in decision-making and contribute to shaping the Association's future and determining its future priorities. We hope for your active and fruitful participation in this important meeting. In the event that a legal quorum is not met at this meeting, the next meeting will be held on the following Friday.
